FEB-2023: Continuity Documentation v5 — 3 new anomaly classifications added.
MAR-2023: CE-015 documented (impossible date in news system, March 42).
APR-2023: Paper 009 submitted (Case Study MV-4417). Dr. Voss approved it.
MAY-2023: System backup completed. 4,659,011 records backed up.
          Backup showed 4,659,247 records. Discrepancy: 236. Documented.
JUN-2023: Employee database partial export created. See /files/data/.
JUL-2023: CE-016 documented (Voss paper appeared 17 days early).
AUG-2023: Paper 010 submitted (The Modification Events). Good paper.
SEP-2023: Signal detection (offline unit): second reading of 2023. Message: SOON.
OCT-2023: CE-017 visitor record pre-appears. Visitor expected.
NOV-2023: 14 visitor sessions logged. All match CE-017 pre-record.
DEC-2023: Annual report drafted. Year-end archive message received.
