Project MEMORY was initiated in September 1998 with the objective of
understanding and potentially controlling the Continuity phenomenon.
The project was led by Dr. Mira K. Voss and employed the full Research Division.
Over four years, the project documented hundreds of anomaly events and developed
several theoretical frameworks for understanding the Continuity.
Project MEMORY was not concluded. It did not fail, succeed, or end.
In 2003, the project was reclassified from "ACTIVE" to "ABSORBED."
This reclassification was requested by the archive system itself.
The archive log entry (timestamp: 2003-09-01 07:00:01) reads:
"Project MEMORY is already part of the archive.
All findings have been incorporated.
The study is complete. The project continues.
These are not contradictory statements."
